To best assist you, maintain a record of your inquiry, and facilitate/troubleshoot any issues or question you may have, first register and open a case on our website.   Here are the steps for registering an account:

On the upper right hand side you will see an option to “Register”.

The Registration Page consists of two categories:

Contact Details: Here you will need to provide us with your name, email address and telephone number.

Sign-In Information: Here you will need to create a user name and password to log-in to our website. This will allow you to keep track of your case, respond to our support technicians and track the progress for any issues.

Once you have registered and logged-in, you will see a button for New Case. 


Then you will need to select the product (Marquis MP977) and the case type (a problem or a question), and then type in a subject (what your inquiry is regarding) and comments detailing your question or problem.


Marquis Support Technicians will respond to cases during the regular hours of operation, (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST).  Please direct all future correspondence to a case file on our website. You will receive an automatic email update when our technicians respond to your case. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) the notification maybe caught in your email’s spam filter, so please log into our website and check your case directly under the My Support tab.
